Previously underused, the basement of the Zeiterion now has a swank Speakeasy, a nod to the 1920s when the Zeiterion was built. The flexible space offers an intimate setting for smaller performances and events, expanding the types of shows you’ll find at The Z.
The Speakeasy is our new underground gathering place, right beneath the lobby. With its low ceilings and warm, moody glow, it creates the kind of setting where artists and audiences can truly connect. It’s a stage for new ideas, local artists, and fresh voices. A space designed for our community to create and share, The Speakeasy is available to rent for your own event. Here’s what’s slated so far in The Speakeasy.
