Senior Director of Finance and Accounting

This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and operations leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected organization at a critical stage of growth and expansion. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Advancement, the Senior Director of Finance & Accounting will serve as a strategic thought partner and a member of the leadership team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support finance, business planning, and budgeting. Although this is being posted as a full-time position, flexibility may be possible for the right candidate. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Senior Designer

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing& Communications, the Senior Designer will play a critical role in advancing The Z’s mission through the creation of compelling imagery that resonates and engages with target audiences through web, print and digital media and video editing. This position will oversee the work of 1-2 other designers, provide creative strategy, and set graphic standards across all platforms that support the organization’s overall design vision and brand for all visual media.

Zeiterion interns can receive training in arts administration in several fields, including development, marketing, education, and patron services.
