Bartender Staff

The Bartender Staff are on the front line of our patron experience, responsible for setting the stage for an enjoyable performance by providing friendly, expert service and ensuring swift transactions. This role directly contributes to patron satisfaction and the smooth operation of our shows. Their main duties include assisting the Event Manager in setting up and breaking down the bar and concession inventory on show days/nights, serving patrons while creating an inviting patron experience and ensuring accuracy in all cash handling procedures. They should possess basic knowledge of cocktails, beverage service practices, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. This position may also sometimes work as a cocktail server during private or on-stage events. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission and contributes to a supportive, inclusive, and imaginative work environment.

Event Security Team Member

Event security team members ensure the safety of all attendees, performers, and staff while helping maintain the flow of the event. They patrol the perimeter of the venue with a perceiving eye to protect attendees, preventing unauthorized people from getting inside and providing crowd safety control services inside the venue. Event security team members enforce all organizational policies and assist the front of house and production staff with security related needs. They may also work with local police if the situation calls for it. This role extends beyond a mere visible presence and involves a wide range of duties that require a balanced approach of professionalism, vigilance, and excellent customer service.

Director of Production

The Director of Production ensures the seamless technical and operational execution of all performances and events efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality. This role oversees all aspects of production, stage operations, and technical services for presented shows, rentals, and in-house events. The Director of Production is both a strategic leader and hands-on problem-solver — ensuring that artists’ needs are met, technical standards are upheld, and safety, security, and hospitality are prioritized at every step.

The Director of People & Culture will be responsible for balancing strategic leadership with the execution of day-to-day HR operations, as a team of one to start with department growth planned in 2026. Zeiterion interns can receive training in arts administration in several fields, including development, marketing, education, and patron services.
