The HR Generalist is responsible for all human resources functions. Employee development, experience, and culture are critical elements to our success and one of our top priorities. The Senior Accountant is responsible for most aspects of the bookkeeping function and financial administrative support of the Organization, ensuring accounting procedures are followed and develops, as needed, procedures to meet the needs of the organization. The Staff Accountant reports directly to the Executive Director and assists in ensuring compliance with all fiscal, legal and reporting requirements.
The Bar and Concessions Staff provide a genial and proficient patron experience while serving beverages and snacks during performances. Their main duties include assisting the bar manager in setting up and breaking down the bar and concession inventory on show days/nights, serving patrons while creating an inviting patron experience and ensuring accuracy on all cash handling procedures. They should possess a strong interest and knowledge of spirits, cocktails, craft beers and wine.
Event security guards provide protection and aid for attendees at events like conferences and concerts. As a guard, you may patrol the perimeter of the venue with a perceiving eye to protect attendees and prevent unauthorized people from getting inside. You will also provide crowd safety control services inside the venue. Event security guards are typically paid per event and don’t work standard full- or part-time hours. They follow a chain of command and usually have a direct supervisor overseeing the entire event to whom they report.
The Graphic Designer provides strong support to the Lead Graphic Designer and the Marketing Department. This part-time role includes delivering all design requirements and tasks like pitching ideas, creating print and digital assets and collaborating with a team. The Graphic Designer serves as an important member of a productive marketing team that promotes the mission and programs of this non-profit organization. In-depth experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.

The Zeiterion’s internship program provides high school and college students with comprehensive experience working in a non-profit performing arts center. Zeiterion interns can receive training in arts administration in several fields, including development, marketing, education, and patron services.
